Andy Broughton
Mr. Broughton has had an illustrious career in baseball, stemming from over 40 years of baseball experience as a player, a coach, an instructor, and a business owner. He believes that there is currently a developmental shortfall in most "select" baseball organizations. His main focus in building this Dominion Elite Organization is, development first, providing every opportunity to win. ​

Founder/General Manager
Nolan Mcinnis
Coach
Coach McInnis has been in and around baseball all his life. He has college-level playing experience and has coached across multiple levels, including Little League, Select Baseball, and High School. He exhibits exceptional knowledge of the game and believes in the Dominion's core values.

Coach McInnis' developmental focus will be on hitters, & fielders.
Jordan Gomez
Coach
Coach Gomez brings a wealth of knowledge gained from being involved in or part of the game for most of his life. His playing career ended in Minor League Baseball (MiLB) stints with the Minnesota Twins & Detroit Tigers Organizations. He has coached select/travel ball for many years, including his own two boys, currently high school athletes.
Coach Gomez's developmental focus will be with catchers & pitchers. The knowledge of both the technical & mental skills of the game will prove to be invaluable to Dominion players
kenneth garza
Associate Coach
Coach Garza has an extremely extensive background in baseball. He has experience as a player, coach, and instructor. He is also the father of two current college baseball players. Coach Garza is a life-long study of the game and brings his knowledge and passion to the team.
Coach Garza's developmental focus will be on the pitchers. Yet, he will aid in all aspects of the game. Coach Garza is also an instructor at Inside The Lines Sports.
Alex Samples
Associate Coach
Coach Samples' knowledge of the game is considerably unmatched. He made the most of every opportunity he had as a player, ending his baseball career at the University of Missouri as the starting/everyday 3rd baseman. He brings knowledge of what it takes to develop and play in the highest ranks of college baseball, on and off the field.

He is passionate about learning and developing young hitters and fielders. Coach Samples is also an instructor at Inside The Lines Sports.
